By creating a profile or browsing UmeedMilap, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be of legal marriageable age in your country of residence and intend to seek a serious matrimonial match. Profiles created with false information may be removed without notice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. All profile details — including photos, bio, and family information — must be truthful and represent you (or the person on whose behalf you are creating the profile, with their consent).

UmeedMilap is built on respect. Harassment, hateful speech, casual or non-serious messaging, and any conduct that disrespects other members or their families is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Your contact details remain private by default. Photos are shown only to verified members you approve. You may revoke access to your photos and contact information at any time from your dashboard.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and refund eligibility will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscription fees, once consumed, are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or compromise the safety of other members. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

UmeedMilap verifies three things: (1) every profile photo is manually reviewed to ensure it is decent and respectful, (2) the About / bio text is moderated for vulgar, misleading, or inappropriate language, and (3) each member's government ID (CNIC or passport) is checked against the name, gender, and date of birth on their profile. All other details — family background, profession, income, education, marital status, sect, caste, height, and any claims made during conversations — are submitted by the member and are NOT independently verified by UmeedMilap. Before progressing a rishta, you and your family must independently confirm these details directly with the other side.

UmeedMilap facilitates introductions between members but does not guarantee marriage outcomes, the accuracy of member-submitted information beyond what is stated in Section 08, or the conduct of members offline. Always exercise caution and involve your family in serious conversations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
