Refund Policy

Fair, transparent refunds for every UmeedMilap premium subscription.

At UmeedMilap, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent service. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on premium subscriptions and how to request one. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to the terms below.

Section 01

Refund Eligibility

1.1 Pre-Activation Refund (24-Hour Window)

If you request a refund within 24 hours of payment and have not used any premium feature (sending interests, messaging, viewing premium profiles, or requesting contact details), you are eligible for a full refund.

1.2 Monthly Plan

Once a Monthly subscription is activated and any premium feature has been used, the subscription is non-refundable, as it is a digital service consumed immediately.

1.3 3-Month and Yearly Plans

For 3-Month and Yearly plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment, provided that no premium features have been used. After 7 days, or if premium features have been accessed, the subscription is non-refundable.

1.4 Duplicate or Failed Charges

Duplicate charges, failed transactions that were debited, or any unauthorised charge will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days upon verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after using premium features.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or community guidelines.
  • Failure to find a match — UmeedMilap is a platform that facilitates introductions; outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Refund requests made after the eligibility windows mentioned in Section 01.

Section 03

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at admin@umeedmilap.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email address and full name
  • Transaction ID / Payment reference number
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

Section 04

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to the original payment method (debit card, credit card, or mobile wallet). Your bank or wallet provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

Section 05

Payment Gateway Note

All payments are processed through Bank Alfalah's secure payment gateway. Refunds are issued through the same gateway back to your original payment instrument. UmeedMilap is not liable for delays caused by your card issuer or wallet provider.
