Refund Eligibility
1.1 Pre-Activation Refund (24-Hour Window)
If you request a refund within 24 hours of payment and have not used any premium feature (sending interests, messaging, viewing premium profiles, or requesting contact details), you are eligible for a full refund.
1.2 Monthly Plan
Once a Monthly subscription is activated and any premium feature has been used, the subscription is non-refundable, as it is a digital service consumed immediately.
1.3 3-Month and Yearly Plans
For 3-Month and Yearly plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment, provided that no premium features have been used. After 7 days, or if premium features have been accessed, the subscription is non-refundable.
1.4 Duplicate or Failed Charges
Duplicate charges, failed transactions that were debited, or any unauthorised charge will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days upon verification.
